Many congratulations to Kai Bourne, who achieved a first time driving test pass at Gloucester Driving Test Centre on July 8th 2015. It takes a lot of skill and preparation to pass a driving test first time, and Kai's driving instructor, Tom Lowe, of John Lowe Driving, never had any doubts about Kai, as he made sure he was up to speed with his practice and preparation, and it certainly paid off.
